Nina’s Pinot Grigio, Clarksburg, 2018
A lovely expression of a well-balanced, fruit forward Pinot Grigio that has excellent body and structure. The 3.5 months in neutral oak allows this Pinot Grigio to pair with chicken, fish and many cheeses. Refreshing hints of citrus fruits, melons, green grapes and a slight apricot wisp on the palate. Exciting!
Spinach, Basil & Plum Salad

Very ripe, dried fruit flavors and a smooth, broad texture make this wine big, but not at all rough. It has a soothing, full body supporting raisin and plum flavors.
Caprese Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

This wine is rich and soothing, showing distinctive floral, grapey aromas, a broad mouthfeel and ripe concentrated plum and prune flavors. It feels quite full bodied but not very tannic, and leaves a lingering finish.

Spicy, chocolaty and complex, this luxurious wine is drenched in blackberries, cocoa and vanilla. Oaky baking spices dominate the flavors but in a good way.
